This deployment happens via the Cloud Deployment Manager (shows up under deployments)

Administer Jenkins Server VM - Go back to Deployment Manager in the Console
- Look for Deployments --> Jenkins
- SSH to connect
Stop and Restart Jenkins Service
- sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh stop
- sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart
