Moving Projects and Billing Accounts under an Organization

It is common to end up with projects that are NOT under a specific org. Same for the billing for those projects.

In order to move them under an organization, go into Identity and Organization --> Move Billing Accounts and Migrate Projects (see below)

Once Requested, the org admin will receive an email. Once approved, you will find the project under the Org. Same for billing.
