Logs Viewer is one stop shop for viewing all log activity on GCP.  Two places where you can quickly view user activity logs are:

  • Logs Viewer (search for Logs in the Console search bar) -->  Cloud Console
  • Admin Activity Logs (search for IAM and Admin) --> IAM and Admin

Where do I add new users?

One of the key differentiators in GCP is the users exist OUTSIDE of the environment. A user is either an existing gSuite user or a new Cloud Identity user. Either way, users are configured through the GSuite Admin console (different from the GCP Console)
